
Ingredients:

2 cucumbers

3-4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
½ tbsp sesame oil

Chili oil to taste

A pinch of salt
-
A pinch of sugar
Steps:

Wash the cucumbers and smash ’em with the back of your knife – don’t crush ’em too hard, some chunks are nice

Cut into pieces, toss with salt, let sit 3-5 mins, then drain the water

Add the minced garlic to the cucumbers

Pour in soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili oil
-
Sprinkle in a little sugar to balance the flavors

Mix it all up and you’re done!
